Tempe Penyet Sambal Merah

Bahan :
250 g tempe segar
Sambal:
5 buah cabe merah
2 siung bawang putih, iris tebal
4 siung bawang merah, iris tebal
5 sdm minyak goreng
1 cm kencur
10 grm gula aren/gula pasir
½ sdt terasi udang, bakar
1 sdt garam

Cara Membuat :


  • Potong tempe dalam ukuran tebal lalu goreng hingga agak kering, sisihkan.
  • Goreng bawang merah bawang putih dan cabe sampai layu. 
  • Haluskan cabe, bawang dan bahan sambal lainnya hingga agak kasar.
  • Tuangi 1 sdm minyak panas, aduk rata.
  • Taruh tempe goreng di atasnya lalu tekan-tekan hingga tempe agak memar.
  • Sajikan dengan daun kemangi dan nasi hangat.
